who remains the company’s president and sole owner.

Based out of Dallas, TX, SunRidge currently manages 87 multifamily communities

located throughout TX, OK, KS, NM, TN and LA, including two mixed use, midrise communities, and are increasing our portfolio with several additional communities

currently under construction and in lease-up phases.
